What does Baxter E25 mean?

E25 is a red rack lift motor error. The up switch was not detected and the motor timed out. The rack lift raises the rack carrier; when the control does not see the up-position switch confirm within the expected time, it times out the motor and reports the fault. As a red error it blocks heating and bake/cook cycles until resolved and cannot be dismissed.
