On AXIOM digital brewers, this warning means the control has detected inaccurate water flow during brewing and attributes it to excessive lime (scale) buildup. The message tells the operator there is too much lime and the brewer needs to be repaired. Scale in the sprayhead, brew valve, or brew tank narrows passages and disturbs the metered flow the brewer relies on for a correct brew.
