The Motor Speed Controller monitors RPM feedback when the Feedback Fault option is enabled. If the MSC does not receive feedback data for 30 seconds, or the motor runs at less than 70% of expected RPM, it displays a Feedback Fault.

What does Floaire Modbus mean?

The Motor Speed Controller logs a Modbus fault when there is an issue with Modbus communication between the MSC and the master board. This applies when the fan is set up to be controlled over Modbus, where the master board sends speed and start commands to the MSC.

What does Floaire Variable Device Fault mean?

When the MSC is set to Analog Speed and a potentiometer is connected for speed control, the controller displays a Variable Device Fault if the input voltage from that potentiometer drops below 1V.
