In the other, a 3.5-minute harvest flashes the SL#2 light at 1-second intervals, and 3 consecutive 3.5-minute harvests stop the machine with the SL#2 and Service (wrench) lights on continuously.

Symptoms

   Observe whether the ice damper opens and closes within the seven-minute harvest cycle. If it sticks or its switch/magnet never signals the position, free or repair the damper assembly.

   Verify harvest heat and water assist

   Confirm the harvest hot-gas valve opens and the water pump energizes during the extended harvest. Inadequate harvest heat or water keeps the slab bonded to the evaporator.
