What does Krupps AL-02 mean?

AL-02 on a Krupps dishwasher indicates a faulty boiler probe: the boiler probe does not seem to be connected — it is interrupted or shorted. As a result, boiler heating is disabled.

Symptoms

• ALARM light flashing on the control panel
• 'AL' on the left digit LEDs with the code on the right
• Cycle start button shows red (alarm state)
• Final rinse water is not hot — boiler heating is disabled
• Poor rinse / sanitising results

• Boiler probe not connected to the power board
