The SANITISING DURATION alarm is raised when a sanitising alarm is not cleared within the maximum duration of the first phase, as governed by parameter r23. The controller stores the alarm, interrupts the cycle in progress, and activates the alarm relay. It indicates the sanitising process could not satisfy its required conditions within the allowed time.
