Source: 89000013_manual_9110_15_en.pdf
What does Jeros AL 11 mean?
AL 11 means the rinse tank did not fill within its permitted time — the filling time for the rinse tank was exceeded. The manual's remedy is to switch the machine OFF and then ON again, and to call an engineer if the error reoccurs.
Symptoms
- AL 11 shown on the operating panel display
- Rinse tank slow to fill or not filling
- Alarm returns after switching the machine OFF and ON again
Common causes
- Rinse-tank filling time exceeded (fill timeout)
Diagnostic steps
- 01
Switch the machine OFF and then ON again
Power-cycle the machine per the manual and let it attempt the rinse-tank fill again.
- 02
Check whether AL 11 reoccurs
If the tank fills within its time and the alarm stays clear, resume service.
- 03
If AL 11 reoccurs, call an engineer
The manual's instruction for a recurring fill-timeout is an engineer call-out.

When to call a professional
Call an engineer if AL 11 returns after a power cycle — that is the manual's instruction for this alarm. A rinse tank that repeatedly fails to fill in time needs service-level diagnosis of the machine's water intake.
