What does Perfect Fry EBOX FAN mean?

On a PFA-series fryer this SYSTEM ERROR means the electronics box fan is not functioning properly. The fryer beeps twice, displays the alert, and de-energizes the heating element while the fans run. The fan must be confirmed moving air with its blades turning, and any obstruction or wiring fault corrected, before the fryer returns to normal operation.
