What does Perfect Fry MAIN FAN mean?

On a PFA-series fryer this SYSTEM ERROR means the main ventilation fan is not functioning properly. The fryer beeps twice, displays the alert, and de-energizes the heating element while the fans run. The main fan must be confirmed moving air with its blades turning, and any obstruction or wiring fault corrected, before the fryer returns to normal operation.
